Client Responsibilities

Revisions

Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the completed website design and approved deliverables unless otherwise stated.
Bit of Brilliance retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party software, plugins, stock photography, and licensed assets remain subject to their original licensing terms.
Third-Party Services
Bit of Brilliance may recommend or integrate third-party services including hosting providers, booking platforms, email providers, payment processors, analytics tools, and software applications.
We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, pricing changes, or functionality issues caused by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
Bit of Brilliance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
